Linkki Evening Hangout and Q&A with the board

Linkki Evening Hangout is an open event for EVERYONE to come spend a relaxed evening with fellow Linkki members and to hear about our look on the past year. Don’t be fooled by the picture, you’re welcome to just come hang out and listen to some light presentations!

The evening will include, among other things, a presentation about the organized Linkin Pitkä, catch up with the Linkki board about the past year, and an open discussion with this year’s board. There will also be leftover refreshments and snacks from Pizza-Beer-Sitzis.

You can arrive starting from 17:30. At 18:15, there will be a few short presentations from the board and the LiPi25 committee, followed by an open discussion with the board. After that, we’ll continue with a relaxed evening together for as long as people feel like staying.

We kindly ask participants to register using the form below so we can plan the snacks and refreshments accordingly, and to submit any questions in advance. Of course, you’re also welcome to just drop by without registering if you feel like it.

The event is also a great opportunity to get to know the current Linkki board and learn about the different roles available in the organization. We’re looking for new active members to join and help ensure the continuity of our community. To be a member in the Linkki board fluent Finnish is a requirement, but you can apply to become an Event Helper, which are always needed to make sure our events happen smoothly in the future as well.

The Linkki board for next year will be elected at the Linkki Pre-Christmas Part and Election Meeting on Wednesday 26th of November.
